SUPERMADE Return & Refund Policy

 

We keep it simple — no tricks, no drama. If something’s off, we’ll make it right. Here’s how it works 👇

 

1. Return Window

You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

After that, sorry — we can’t take it back.

 

2. How to Return

We don’t do prepaid labels or return codes (yet).

Just ship your item back to our Hong Kong return address with any courier you like.

Make sure your order number + name are inside the box.

(We’ll send you the exact return address when you email us.)

Please remember to notify us your package tracking info via email after dispatch, otherwise we won’t be able to identify which return package is yours.

 

3. Return Shipping

If it’s our fault — wrong item, damaged stuff, sizing mistake —we’ll cover everything. Period.

 

If it’s a you thing — size didn’t fit, changed your mind, just not feeling it — you’ll need to cover the shipping, and the original shipping cost (if any) won’t be refunded.

 

4. Return Conditions

We can only take items that are new, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags attached.

Keep it clean. Keep it fresh. Send it back the way you got it.

 

5. Not Returnable

Belts, accessories, and socks — final sale.

Shoes? Sure, try them on indoors only.

If the soles are dirty, they can’t come home again.

 

6. Refund Timing

Once we get your return and check it,

we’ll drop the refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

You’ll get an email when it’s done.

 

7. Heads Up

Don’t send returns to the sender address on your package — that’s not our warehouse.

We’re not responsible if a package gets lost or damaged on its way back.
